Went for a morning run with toot, 8 rounds. Time really flies when there's someone running with you. Didn't dare to sprint or do anything funny, kinda got scared by what happened to Thaddeus Cheong. My condolences go out to his family, it's really heart ranching to see your son die in front of you. Though I didn't know Thaddeus personally, I used to see him around quite often running around the field for X-country training. It was really quite shocking when I received the news, knowing that I'll never see him running around the field any longer. May God be a source of comfort and strength of his family during this trying period of time...
